After Ryan Lochte, swimmers were robbed, USOC should double down on security
It's a visual image that should haunt every Olympic official in Rio: Ryan Lochtewith a gun pointed to his head, his three U.S. swimming teammates forced to the ground, all of them robbed while on a night on the town. #RyanLochte
